Figure 1A. The authors use validated dynamin 3 antibodies (figure 1E and supplemental figure 1) to localize dynamin 3 to the presynaptic nerve terminal. This is performed in mouse spinal cord (synapses on ventral horn motor neurons). The resolution of this figure is only sufficient to say presynaptic, but coupled with BP data from this paper covered under ticket 676 I assigned this GO to endocytic zone.
