| Annotation description: | Reduced facilitation by forskolin of mIPSC-frequency in GLRA3 KO mice. 8/9/2017 Pim - Important to note here is that the basal glycinergic transmission (amplitude) in not negatively affected in KO animals. There are even larger mIPSC-amplitude in Glra3 -/- mice at P15-21. This shows that the GLRA3 is not present in the postsynapse mediating the postsynaptic currents.
