Annotation description: | In figure 2 the authors use antibodies to demonstrate that Eps15 is enriched in the neuromuscular junction by both confocal and EM. As noted by Pim, the authors point out: 1. "..Collectively, we conclude that Eps15 is widely expressed but is enriched in the neuropil and in the presynaptic compartment of the NMJ." 2. "...reveals that Eps15 is associated with vesicles in the lumen of boutons..." 3.
