| Annotation description: | In fig 2 the authors localize epsin 1 to presynaptic coated pits. In fig 3/4 they inject function blocking antibodies recognizing epsin 1 into the pre synapse.This leads to a massive reduction in the number of SVs following a 5 Hz 30 min stimulation.
