Annotation description:Using an specific antibody with knockout controls in STED microscopy, it is demonstrated that RIM-BP2 is localized in close proximity to Bassoon and Munc13-1. This shows that RIM-BP2 is localized to the active zone. This finding is in good agreement with STED microscopy performed in the fly NMJ (Liu et.al. 2011).
